I had my first experience doing a hydro2 facial at Shapins harrow clinic today. Niloufar Mohandes who did the facial was amazing! Hands were gentle. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and most importantly told me step by step every thing that she is doing as she is doing it, this made me feel at ease and relaxed. The atmosphere was very calming 😌 ! Enjoyed the experience!

I just finished my 5th session with Velen and I am so impressed with the results! I started noticing a huge difference early on, and it just keeps getting better. The service and Velen have been absolutely amazing, professional, and comfortable throughout the entire process. I still have 5 sessions left in my package and I can't wait to see the final results. From the colour consultation to the hair wash to the cut, I can’t fault any of it.
