I had such a nice appointment. Lauren really knows her stuff and she was explaining everything as she was going through the treatments. I normally struggle to stay still for a long time, but I was sooo comfy and cosy so I could have laid there forever. The ice globes at the end were the best part. They were so soothing. I’m already booked in for my next appointment!

I had keratin straightening done by the beautiful Anna and I absolutely love my hair! Anna is so lovely, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable — I always feel completely confident in her hands. I've been going to Anna for years now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I also really appreciate that if she's chatting with others in Polish, she always takes the time to translate and include me in the conversation, which makes the salon feel so welcoming. And an extra bonus — she makes the best coffee! ☕❤️
