Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

I get a sports massage here semi-regularly. It's always top notch, great service and I leave feeling 10 ft tall. Do yourself a favour, and get stuck in.

Susanne K’s customer service is exceptional. Her attention to detail and customer care is rather marvellous. I have been receiving tattoo laser removal from Susanne and the results are outstanding. She makes me feel very comfortable and I have no doubt I will be a regular customer at Greenwich spa for other treatments because of her professional, warm, kind nature.
