Miles was approachable, knowledgable and welcoming to the appointment. Even though it was extremely warm he accommodated the room perfectly. I felt completely relaxed with a lot less tensions after my massage and cupping. He knew I was a little anxious about the cupping but took things really slowly. I have also received follow up advice and stretches which I will be using until my next appointment. Thanks Miles!

Miles is such a kind and compassionate person who really takes the time to understand your concerns and puts you at ease. He was super supportive when I didn’t enjoy my legs being massaged and really helped relieve tension. He is very knowledgeable with how to manage injuries/issues and I would 100% recommend!
