Amazing first massage yesterday with Rene. I’ve been suffering with back pain for a while now and visited quite a few massage therapists with no luck. An hour and a half with Rene.. I feel brand new!! She was so thorough throughout the whole service, very knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about helping people. I was abit anxious about having cupping but it was painless, and actually felt so good! Her studio is super cosy, clean, warm and she made me feel really comfortable. Not only this but she is a lovely friendly person. Thank you so much 💕

Rene is friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my mobility and posture and spoke with me in depth about my problem areas and what I can do between treatments to help with stiffness and sore muscles. She did cupping along with sports massage. I'm happy to have confirmed that I am very healthy 😊

Rene was really professional and very friendly. Rene asked me about any areas I wanted to work on and talked me through the process as she did the treatment. I had a massage with cupping. She also gave me stretches to do daily and reminded me of other good advice that would help like staying hydrated.

Miles was approachable, knowledgable and welcoming to the appointment. Even though it was extremely warm he accommodated the room perfectly. I felt completely relaxed with a lot less tensions after my massage and cupping. He knew I was a little anxious about the cupping but took things really slowly. I have also received follow up advice and stretches which I will be using until my next appointment. Thanks Miles!
