I have been struggling with endometriosis and suffered with server pain every month. Since I started my sessions with Holistic Pincups Alhamdulillah I can see a big difference in the pain and my menstrual cycle over all. Baji Shanela made me feel very comfortable and explained everything step by step. Insha’Allah I am excited to continue my journey and look forward to the next stage.

Had my first sports massage today and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. It definitely wasn’t painfree, but it never felt uncomfortable just the kind of pressure you know is actually doing something. I went in with really tight legs and upper back pain, and I’ve come out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Huge difference already. Big thanks to Ryan really professional, made me feel at ease, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Already booked in again and actually looking forward to it this time. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension.

Visited the lovely Shanela today for my fertility journey. She’s absolutely amazing. Bhaji helped me understand my problems she listens and explains everything you need to do in order to get yourself ready. She’s so bubbly and friendly felt like I was speaking to my mum. Alhamdullilah I’ve walked out of her clinic with a fresh mind set and I would recommend anyone that is struggling with fertility to visit her she has great knowledge.
