Best Cupping near me in Portslade, Brighton

I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

The best massage in Brighton in my opinion. Alice makes you feel totally relaxed before the treatment’s even begun. The foot massage ‘add on’ sent me to sleep :)

Brilliant sports massage, exactly what I needed. I’d been carrying so much tension and stiffness and could genuinely feel the difference straight afterwards. Friendly, professional and really knowledgeable, they took the time to understand where the problem areas were rather than just doing a generic massage. Matt is the best around! I’ve had a couple of different injuries in the past year. Matt has instantly pinpointed what the cause is, fixed it and got me back to training again! Don’t waste your money going anywhere else.
