The Knot Away Clinic is clean and calm. Dada is an amazing therapist who is highly skilled (you should see all the trophies) and worked hard to remove a knot in my back that was really uncomfortable. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing some pain relief or self-care!

I tried this new clinic, drawn in by the international awards. I experienced the perfect blend of physio and Thai massage therapy. Dada and Mint both have deep experience in physiotherapy and have cross trained in Thai massage, so it isn’t the basic remedial offered at other places. My therapist skilfully found problem areas from years of desk work, and tailored the massage to focus on those areas. I left feeling truely cared for and my shoulders and neck felt loose and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back again - highly recommended.

Best remedial massage in Canberra that I've tried, and I've tried a few.

Son with special needs ( Bipolar, ASD & borderline ID) asked for another massage by MINT. Had 2 hr inc Cupping, & said "it was great". She combines v g massage techniques with her Physiotherapy background. Highly recommend her.

Sammie was fantastic, the relief I felt felt was actually noticeable. I didn’t realise how wound up tight I was.
