She talked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I walked out feeling really happy and excited for my future sessions. If you’re thinking about laser but feel nervous, honestly, just go for it! There’s nothing to be afraid of, you’ll be in expert hands, the space feels so welcoming and you’ll feel amazing afterwards

don’t had my 1st session for laser hair removal and Sophia was super friendly and so supportive throughout the whole treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable in explaining the hair growth and what to do and not to do after treatments. Gorgeous studio and excellent service.

Rosa is just the BEST. I have a super bad pain tolerance, and I moan from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave. She listens, and offers me reassurance and is super patient when I have a minute, towards the end of my second session today I actually felt almost* relaxed enough to go to sleep!

Had my 2nd laser hair removal appointment recently with Hayley and I am so so pleased. I have dark, quite thick hair and I wasn’t sure if it would make much of a difference to start. But I could see a huge difference after just the first session! Absolutely amazing and life changing for me. Having to not shave daily/every other day is a relief! Not to mention how absolutely lovely Hayley is. Such a lovely lady and I feel so comfortable each time I go. Which certainly helps when having something like this on various areas! I was a total stranger to laser before 2022 but it was clear from the beginning that Hayley knows her stuff; she runs a consultation before treatments begin to test the effect on your skin, allowing you to ask anything you're unsure of & explaining the process in full. You will be well looked after at Hayley Aesthetics & the results of the laser itself are out of this world. I've only had to shave once between each treatment (& that's because it's what is advised pre laser session!) as hair no longer grows, which is a dream - could not recommend enough :)

Have had sun spots removed from my face, and recently a fat freezing session. I would recommend Hayley and Rosella as they have both treated me. They are attentive to my needs and we're great with my treatments. The sun spot on my nose was the most annoying and with 1 session it was gone. I was completely amazed. Such a great service.💯💫

I have had a few laser treatments but nothing compares to Hayley’s laser machines! One session I seen a huge hair reduction! All the staff at amazing make you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole appointment! I also had tatoo removal and seen a great response after only 2 sessions! Highly recommend this clinic!
