9th Street Wellness Center is fantastic. The Gyrotonic class is a wonderful form of exercise that has improved my posture, strength, body awareness, eased my back pain, increased my range of motion and it has been fun. Dr Brady is extremely knowledgeable and so wonderful to work with. I was in Terrible pain all over. After my message and chiropractic treatment I felt better that day. The next day was even better.
