Trusted Ines to do what she does best and I loved them. Gave me a real confidence boost as I have thin brows but she did what she does best and made them look so natural ❤️❤️

EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

first found Jasmine on Instagram after seeing her amazing brow work and instantly knew I wanted to book in. I travel over an hour and a half just to see her because she’s that good! I’ve been getting my brows and lash lifts done by her for over a year now, and my eyes have never looked prettier. I recently had my nails done for the first time too (Halloween themed), and I can’t stop getting compliments! Jasmine is so talented and lovely, and every appointment with her is such a great experience. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hannah is the loveliest lady and everyone else was so friendly too, so happy with my eyebrows and lashes and I’ll definitely rebook!
