I honestly love going to get my nails done at Pluck & Polish — it never feels like an appointment, more like catching up with a friend! Louise is so warm and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The salon has such a lovely, relaxed vibe, and Wilf the dog is the cutest little greeter with his happy wagging tail. It always brightens my day popping in! 💅🐾

I’m someone who has a serious needle phobia , the thought of actually going to have procedures done that I didn’t need medically is something I just never considered , but here I am going regularly to see Rasha, after losing some weight my face had changed. I didn’t know anything about aesthetics or if there was anything that could be done, and I didn’t want to look different just better than I did.
