I am very satisfied with the results! The nails look absolutely beautiful — everything is done at a very high level with great attention to detail. The eyebrows are also perfectly shaped and look amazing. I am extremely happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommend!

Pros: Lovely, kind staff. Relaxing, calm & aesthetic atmosphere. Great eyebrow lamination. Cons: Took about 15-20mins to start the appointment, which lasted 2hrs (a little longer than usual). Lash lift could have been better/higher (despite me asking 2 different staff members to have it extremely high).

YY has a very gentle hand and excellent techniques when it comes to looking after my eyebrows and eyeliner. She is very professional and yet personal if I have to reschedule due to personal reasons. Would recommend YY in a heartbeat!
