First time getting my lashes lifted and tinted. Sira was lovely, welcoming and understanding. Took her time, talked me through the process and the results were amazing. Absolutely recommend going, she does a range of appointments from goth/alternative makeup, bridal makeup, to facial treatments, brows and lashes.

I always love having my nails done here. It’s really great quality work but I also always feel very welcome and look forward to my appointments. I also get a lot of compliments on my nail designs. Generally I have a vague idea and Victoria or Cherelle come up with the rest.

I have been speaking to Sira about my skin and skincare for a while now. As with Lucy and all the other technicians at Offbeat, I feel safe and taken care of. Lucy was a big part of me starting to look after myself and realise I was worthy of self care like this and Sira has only added positively to that journey of self love! She was amazing today and made me feel so calm and her advice was really clear! She was so helpful and welcoming and just lovely! Lucy always does an amazing job - even without photos for inspiration she always seems to give me exactly what I want and if something doesn't look perfect to her she takes the time to redo it. Her services are fantastic value for money and I can't imagine going anywhere else as it's a fantastic environment with easy conversation. I'd recommend her to anyone
