The space itself is clean, modern, and has such a relaxing aesthetic that makes the whole appointment feel like a treat. My technician Daria was incredibly professional and skilled, carefully removing any outgrown lashes without a single pull or tug. I left feeling refreshed and so happy with the results. Solomiia is an incredible technician/artist. My Russian volume eyelash extensions always look incredible. I love the entire lounge, it's quiet, cool, the aesthetic is.modern minimalist & peaceful. It's always very clean and the bathroom has free tampons, pads & deodrant if you needed them. Absolutely amazing! I think these items should be as mandatory as toilet paper. I am a regular cusromer. They have a location in Ealing too which I used to visit but I live closer to Hammersmith and the lounges are so relaxing and gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Needed to get my hair coloured as I’ve been away from home for 4 weeks and found Giovanni Messina and booked in with Kasia. She did an amazing job with my colour and her bouncy blow dry which made me feel and look I haven’t been living out of a suitcase. If I was to come back to London I would go back to this salon in a heartbeat. A bonus was that there was a friendly little poodle named Marsha who loved some cuddles and pats.

Quick trim and clean up around the ears during my stay in London. Amazing find, amazing service. Definitely recommend!

Ellie is such a great makeup artist! She’s got a fresh take on how to do makeup and is a perfectionist in her work. She’s happy to listen and give you the best look you want!

One word: perfection. Ellie was so sweet and comforting! She made me feel SO confident with the absolutely flawless makeup look she did for me. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and it has held up the entire night. It looks exactly as it does from when she had finished it which is incredible. She is incredibly talented and that was the best £90 i have ever spent. I love every single picture I have taken and I honestly don't want to take the makeup off!!! 1000000/10 (unlimited if I could).
