Have been coming here for a few years now for both hair and beauty treatments. The staff are great, really welcoming and professional. Kat always puts me at ease for my waxing appointments. Today I tried colouring my hair for the first time. Not knowing what to do, my hairdresser Sim gave me such good advice, persuading me the balayage would give the best look on my dark hair. The results were amazing, my hair looks fab! Regarding their response to Covid too, they have good precautions in place with all staff wearing masks and wiping down everything between customers. Felt safe and at at ease

I can’t express how satisfied I am with their service. Sim was fantastic there. I was anxious and nervous about going hair salon after bad experience. She changed that. She was patient until I fixed my mind what I wanted. Definitely would visit again

I have been to Kerrie regularly for years. My last appointment was for acrylic infills, leg and bikini waxing, electrolysis plus brow and lash tinting. She does everything to the highest quality, she really knows her stuff. The salon is beautiful, fully equipped and spotless. If you are looking for a highly qualified and knowledgeable beautician then look no further, I cannot rate her highly enough.

Had the most amazing experience with Kelsey and Studio 11 from start to finish. Not only did she make me feel at ease, talked me through my options but the salon environment itself was so calm, relaxing and welcoming which all added to the experience. I went to Kelsey after losing trust with my previous salon, and was looking to find my sparkle again and Kelsey did just that! Am looking forward to continuing my hair journey, and can’t wait to book in for some Beauty treatments too!
