My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

Had a lovely relaxing body massage by Jodie. Totally professional and very friendly. Smart appearance and good communication, checked with me if the pressure of the massage was to my liking? Thank you Kimberley for the wonderful back massage. As usual you worked your magic! This was the first time I experienced a back massage with warm bamboo sticks and it was amazing as the heat of the sticks really gets into the muscles. It felt really soothing at the same time. There is always a wonderful relaxing atmosphere at Natural Body Cafe and I always leave feeling like I have been given a big hug!

I love the whole experience and ambiance of the Natural Body Cafe from walking through the door until I leave, and usually have a Bamboo massage with Kimberley, this time I needed my nails done for a special occasion and Rhiannon did not disappoint. The whole experience was explained before we went ahead,with Aprex nails, she made me feel relaxed and calm throughout my time there, there are plenty of colours to choose from and some nail art if you fancy it, I will definitely return, they looked amazing. I started coming to the natural body cafe about a year ago now, I was about 5 months into my recovery from alcoholism and addiction. My parents have been coming here for a while and suggested I give it a try 🥰 I began with Karen who helped ease me into reiki and had some sessions with Carmen just after Christmas 2020. As this last lockdown lifted I booked my 1st appointment with Kimberley and we connected immediately. We have been working together for about 6 weeks now and our spiritual connection grows stronger every session. She has helped me move forward in my journey. Grateful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
