Popped in with no appt on Sat and 5-10 mins later chatting with my fav piercer Evie! I was having 3 small piercings popped in my lobe just above my 2 archaic piercings (done when is 11 and 15). A bit of blue ink later, some mild swearing from me (low pain threshold) and I have a sparkly ear lobe. She also checked on my Helix piercing done a couple of years ago - cheers Evie :) Back again soon i think for a couple more ;) B

We travelled from Cambridge after reading reviews. Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. My friend had a dermal by Ben and I had. A conch piercing with Eliza, the most friendly, hygienic and knowledgable piercing studio I have been to - week worth the 2.5 hr drive!

I had my septum re-pierced today, and I am so happy!! The person working on reception was lovely and welcoming (sorry I didn’t catch their name), and Eliza who did my piercing was incredible. They listened and helped make sure my piercing was exactly what I wanted it to be, so friendly and knowledgable. I will never go anywhere else for my piercings, the team are incredible. Thank you!

I saw Ben today, who is ALWAYS such a darling ❤️ , and someone who has become a friend i have a good ol' gossip with while he preps my piercing. He is SO professional, caring and knowledgeable, and really puts me at ease while he is prepping my area to be pierced (today was a third bridge piercing the whole team adored ❤️) 😊. He's a pleasure to work with, and to see my ideas come to life with experience. He has done two of my bridge piercings now, and we have a lot of work planned for the future, which will be a joy to have done! 11/10 to the whole UP team 😘 xxx

Keiomhe pierced my conch and changed my daith jewellery. Ben advised and supported her too. I couldn't decide between 3rd lobe or cartilage and she helped me decide by showing me some pictures and talking me through placement. She did a few dots so I could decide placement. She remained calm and explained everything throughout. Thank you so mucb, I love my new piercing 😍

5 stars as always. I had my eighth piercing, a rook, pierced by Ben. He was kind to me and reassuring when I was nervous. This is my sixth piercing with Urban Piercings and I’ve never had an issue, they know exactly what they are doing, they’re all very friendly and knowledgeable, and every piercing I’ve had from there has healed wonderfully. I came in for a jewellery change and this place never disappoints. The choice of jewellery is great, there is something for everyone. I went with a lovely hoop earring for my helix replacement. At the appointment I received advice and recommendations about the jewellery and the change was very professional and hygienic. I was given advice about how to care for my new piercing. Booked a nose piercing online as my nose ring fell out and closed up overnight. Evie had a look and said we should be able to reopen it without repiercing it. Evie was very gentle and used a taper to get the jewellery back through without causing me any discomfort. They only charged me for a jewellery change which I did not expect. Very happy and amazing customer service 😊

Pierced by the amazing Ben, who has done a number of my piercings over the years. As always, Urban Piercings is the ONLY place I will let touch my piercings. All staff are brilliant and create a calm, friendly and sterile environment, and will always help you put your mind at ease, especially if you're a little nervous. Their online booking system was simple and effective, having paid a deposit online and the rest there. They also offered a great range of jewellery and were able to give sound and professional advice on the type that would fit your anatomy. Aftercare can be purchased. 10/10

I visited Urban Piercings on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th April in order to have my earrings removed ahead of a routine MRI and then put back in again. Due to a chronic medical condition this will now be an annual visit for me. Ben and his team were great. Not just from the jewellery take out/put back in perspective, which was quick and efficient, but also from a charging perspective. The studio itself is clean and well set up, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. I have already booked for more piercings!

Another painful piercing (well Evie is sticking a needle through my Helix) not once but twice this time. Evie has done all my previous piercings over the last 5ish years, always fun and a good catch up. Did feel a little weird when Evie and a colleague were discussing my tragus (how slim it was) and then she went on tell me she wanted to pierce my rook - no more Evie, no more! ;) Thanks B

I had an issue with my lip piercing, the area became irritated after 4 months of good healing. I popped in to the studio to get it checked out. The team were great, and Eliza swapped the jewellery to help the piercing settle, which has sorted the issue. Great team, I would definitely recommend.

My 10 year old daughters third experience here! She was getting a second pair of earlobe piercings! She has always gone with Eliza who has a fantastic rapport! Made her feel totally relaxed and at ease. Absolutely excellent job, was so quick, sterile and done in 15min. We have already recommended them to multiple mums at school - we will probably bump into a schoolmate soon! Just love that it’s a clean piercing not traumatic, easy to clean and always heals well. They use medical grade titanium and given that other than that she can only wear 18k gold - she’s never had issues. Recommended!
