The most down to earth and kind person, the best head massage during hair wash time, and the nicest chats which make the time go so quickly. Honestly really feels like a luxury treat after I come out of the salon! If you want to feel pampered and love your hair salon bookings go with Court 🤍

This was my first time having my hair coloured at this salon and I’m really fussy about colours. Lucie actually listened and understood exactly what I wanted. She made the whole process feel so simple, whereas other salons made it sound complicated and difficult. The blowdry afterwards was incredible too .super knowledgeable and a lovely girl . Thanks for a really good experience

I presented to Carrie-Anne with a Sweeney Todd, F'ed up, butchered hair cut provided by another business. She took the time to listen to me, gave me realistic advice, and reassured me. I left feeling like me again! With every snip I could feel her all was being put in, she wanted me to feel good, not just to quickly get it done. From the moment she opened the door to the time I left, I felt comfortable, there was no forced conversation, no awkward silence, just a natural flow. I'm blown away by her and the cut. I got a cut and blow dry with Rebecca today. I instantly felt welcome and at ease. She’s chatty and friendly and I felt like an old friend. She listened to me about my concerns and gave me some tips on a problem and how to manage it, she was a star. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it and I love it. Definitely recommend her. Lovely person.

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

Amazing as always. I had a wedding hair trial and I couldn't be happier with the beautiful blow-dry curly style she created for me! From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable and confident. Eve took the time to listen to my vision, offered great suggestions, and the end result was absolutely stunning—soft, elegant curls that held beautifully and looked picture-perfect. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but her friendly and professional approach made the whole experience so enjoyable. I left the salon feeling like a bride already! I’m so excited for the big day.

Nicole always knows what I am after and is so upfront and honest about what is possible or not with my hair, and always offers an alternative - which I love more than what I originally thought I wanted. After a couple appointments with her I have never been more comfy in a hairdressers than here, in my first apt I played on my switch and we were both fairly non verbal (amazing) and in my second apt we yapped the whole time (also amazing). So honestly just go get your hair done by Nicole, she’s really cool and you won’t regret it !! Ps immaculate vibes in there in general 💖💖💖
