I walked in being nervous because I’m a naturally darker girlie with dark hair but Kaci did an amazing job at transforming my hair and reassured me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her, and will be returning to her for any touch ups 🥰

Wow what can I say. 14 years ago was my last hair cut which left me so traumatised I didn’t let anyone touch it for all those years! Today Eve worked her insane magic🥹 I’m so so grateful for such a wonderful experience with a wonderful woman who knows exactly what she’s doing. I didn’t have to ask once what she was doing and then results are magical. Never knew after all these years how beautiful my curls actually are. Once again thank you so much! I got a cut and blow dry with Rebecca today. I instantly felt welcome and at ease. She’s chatty and friendly and I felt like an old friend. She listened to me about my concerns and gave me some tips on a problem and how to manage it, she was a star. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it and I love it. Definitely recommend her. Lovely person.

My dog is a handful, but she always looks great , after a cut and blowdry.

Excellent, my boys have just had their second visit with Sam, we have already booked our 3rd, Sam is very patient with my 2 big boys and they thoroughly enjoyed being bathed and sat patiently being blow dried and brushed, I would certainly recommend Sam to anyone

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable and confident. Eve took the time to listen to my vision, offered great suggestions, and the end result was absolutely stunning—soft, elegant curls that held beautifully and looked picture-perfect. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but her friendly and professional approach made the whole experience so enjoyable. I left the salon feeling like a bride already! I’m so excited for the big day.

I am absolutely over the moon with the experience I had with Carrie-Anne! She worked magic with my hair color, achieving the perfect shade that I had always wanted. Not only that, but she also gave me the most amazing layered cut, leaving my hair looking and feeling incredible. The bouncy blow dry she finished with added the perfect touch, giving my hair volume and life. A shoutout to Mitch, her partner, who was on standby with delicious lattes and biscuits. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated, especially after a long day hard day at work.
