To me da actual treatment room was bigger than da previous 1 at king cross.And yes delighted that da freezing(cooling)machine was back up and running again certainly helps loads when getting face lasered.Upon arrival very peaceful & quiet i really liked dis no one around but music was playing at da rite volume 4 me not too loud and not so quiet that u couldn't make out da words 2 da song playing.

I had such a wonderful experience with Sienna! From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. Best bouncy blow dry I’ve ever had!! Elia is really welcoming, easy to talk to and knowledgeable about hair. Really nice salon and atmosphere.

Millie asked me what I wanted and hit the brief perfectly! So happy to be back bright blonde and to have had a healthy cut! Millie is a lovely person and makes you feel at ease during your appointment, highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The customer service was exceptional—Jess was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. We had a lovely chin wag, which made the time fly by. I also enjoyed a perfect cup of tea, paired with a delicious Lotus Biscoff biscuit that was just the cherry on top.
