Gemma was absolutely fantastic with my autistic daughter who was going in for a total restyle. Gemma really took the time to listen and understand what my daughter wanted and then talked her through how it may or may not work, really took her time over the cut while making my daughter feel really relaxed and comfortable, even providing fidget toys! My daughter was really happy with the cut but even so Gemma offered that she could come back in a week if it had settled differently and needed adjusting. Probably the easiest hairdresser experience my daughter has ever had. Really fabulous.

I just had the coco choco keratin treatment applied by Sasi and I don't think my hair has ever felt so smooth and soft. I am blown away by the results. I cannot recommend this treatment enough!

I absolutely love getting my hair done by Liam, he is extremely talented and I am blown away by what he has done with my hair colour on this visit! If you're not getting your hair cut or coloured by Liam you should be! Glitch is a lush studio/salon that is always welcoming and everyone's lovely and wanting to help you from the second you walk in. Plus they make a banging coffee!

Sonia exercised great patience and professionalism towards my teenager who sometimes can be difficult. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming with a nice cup of tea. Will be visiting again for various treatments from dreadlocks, nails, eye lashes and a nice blow dry.

Even though we were 15mins late. This wasn't a problem and we were both attended to within the time allocated. We were also very happy with our wash and blow dry. My mum was also able to wait after being seen at the salon,whilst I went elsewhere for my makeup to be done.

My first time visit for a wash cut & blow dry with Lucy at Kapille. It was a good experience & I will be back.
