Make sure your pubic hair is at least one quarter of an inch long before your appointment, otherwise the bikini wax won’t be effective. Avoid using moisturising oils before your treatment, and don’t do anything that could irritate your skin in the three days leading up to your appointment, like swimming in chlorine-treated water, which can dry out the skin.

What is a Brazilian bikini wax vs a normal bikini wax?

Both Brazilian bikini waxing and traditional bikini waxing are hair removal methods that use hard or strip wax to remove hair from the bikini area and backside. A normal bikini wax tidies the pubic area so that hair is not visible outside the knicker line; a Brazilian wax removes all pubic hair except for a small ‘landing strip’ across your public bone.

How long does a bikini wax last?
