Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. Visited the salon yesterday pre holiday for nails, spray tan, and lashes. As always all treatments I had are 100%. Jenny is always very thorough with each treatment ensuring fantastic results. The salon is also a pleasure to be in very relaxing and friendly. Would not go anywhere else for my treatments. Highly recommended xx
