I had a BIAB appointment with Andrada and it was such a great experience. She was incredibly polite and professional, offered me a drink as soon as I arrived and gave honest advice on which colours would suit me best. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and overall look. Her positive energy made the whole appointment so enjoyable. Have been coming here for a few years now for both hair and beauty treatments. The staff are great, really welcoming and professional. Kat always puts me at ease for my waxing appointments. Today I tried colouring my hair for the first time. Not knowing what to do, my hairdresser Sim gave me such good advice, persuading me the balayage would give the best look on my dark hair. The results were amazing, my hair looks fab! Regarding their response to Covid too, they have good precautions in place with all staff wearing masks and wiping down everything between customers. Felt safe and at at ease

I have no words! Firstly the lady was very kind and the place look very friendly and professional👌. I had my waxing and the pain was bearable. Lastly the place is super clean and dosen't smell bad at all. I will reccomend this place if you wish to have a good and clean waxing session

I love going here, the decor etc. looks so good and makes such a difference, had a pedicure and was so good the lady took such care and time whilst I relaxed. I’ve had my hands done here, waxing and eyebrows and all positive!
