Johanna is very professional and manages to make services like a brazilian wax relaxing with good conversation. It’s over before you know it! Best Brazilian I’ve ever had every time. Johanna is so great at what she does and a genuine, easy to talk to, person. She makes your Brazilian experience comfortable and her space is so inviting. I got the add on mask after my wax and what a game changer. If you haven’t tried it, do it, you won’t regret it. I’ve also gotten facials and pedicures from her and they’re always amazing! This was our first visit to this salon. We were treating ourselves before a family wedding. My daughter had gel-x nails done and I had a manicure and brow wax. Service was excellent. Facility was clean and well kept. The polish job was done meticulously for both of us. Best salon we have been to in Brantford. My daughter said “We have to come back here every time!” Which is very high praise from a 16 year old.
