Jemma's a facial architect with a PhD in symmetry with skills that feels slightly illegal to possess. Right side...respectful, well raised, everyone likes her. Left side... absolutely unhinged, stretching, rebelling, asking for extra filler like it’s been awarded some government grant. Highly recommend. This was my first time at Avaia Hair, had a style cut from long to a shorter hairstyle by Rochelle who did an absolutely amazing job. Loved the little complimentary welcome shoulder massage too. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely always happy with the work Jemma does. Can never fault her she always makes me feel very comfortable. Had a different procedure this time and I am never concerned she explains everything so I understand every step and she explains the aftercare as well.
