Ekko is super professional. I’ve honestly had no luck finding a good haircut around Brisbane after years of trial and error, but he finally got it right. The place was nice and the service was great! I got Ekko and I noticed he is very gentle and focused guy so if you choose him and probably will wonder why he may talk less that's because he cuts to your satisfaction through concentration. But I can tell he has a bubbly personality through the way he speaks to you when needed - friendly guy he is and his other fellow staff members. Overall great service once again and looking forward of coming back cheers Sharpcraft team!

Absolutely fabulous!! We arrived 20 minutes early and Janet was happy to see us early. Listened to my 5 year olds wants and interacted with her directly. She loves her new short hairdo! My MIL loves her pixie cut too. Wonderful service and excellent price. The icing on the cake was getting to meet Janet's puppy after haircuts which has made my 5 year olds day 😊😊

Very satisfied with my hair cut done by Simon. I showed him a photo of the hair style and he got my hair done very similar to the photo. He is gentle and talented in his skills. Although we had difficulty talking in English, he was patient listening to what style I wanted through translation by his colleague. 10/10 for Simon.

Amazing, Jmi was so gentle and very skilled during the whole process I was relaxed during the whole session and the appointment went by rather quickly and she doubled shampooed my hair and conditioned it while including a scalp massage. My hair turned out just how I asked with layers that didn’t take away to much length away, due to my alopecia I was worried about how much would be cut off and the results blew me away. My hair looks so much healthier!
