This was my first time here. Vivi did a great job making me feel comfortable. I appreciate her attention to detail and mindfulness of pain when it comes to a Brazilian wax. It was the most comfortable Brazilian wax I have ever had. I also appreciate the evening hours. It makes it easier for me to do that self care without interfering with my work schedule and allows me to avoid the nasty Austin Traffic. I will be coming back as a reoccurring customer. Very satisfied and pleased with the services!

I loved nood sm! It’s decorated so cute, the vibe is dope. It also smells so good, I love me some essential oils. I was visiting Austin from Dallas and I wish we had a nood over here, it would be my new go to place for sure. Shout out to Vivian! She was cool, calm and collected and helped me feel the same way. It being a woman owned business, makes it that much better :) 10/10 definitely recommend

This was my first time at Nood and it was fantastic. The shop itself has a relaxing environment and I thought it was really sweet to provide customers with drinks from the mini fridge. I haven’t gotten a Brazilian since 2021 so I was very anxious, but Viv was very supportive and all the nerves I was feeling prior my appointment went away. My wax was seamless and well done. It can be awkward to have someone touching your intimate area so I appreciated the light hearted conversation during the waxing process. Viv was awesome and I will definitely but coming again in the future:)

It's been a delight getting to know Rhys and Dianna through my repeat business at Nood! I am a huge fan of their top notch waxing skills and how professionally they run their small business! I’ve been going to Nood on/off for about a year, WOW. Before Nood, waxing was quite painful (very thick, corse, hair). I’ve had such a great experience with Nood that I don’t want to go anywhere else. I’ve worked with Diana (incredible, so knowledgeable) and today was my first day with Piper (skilled and put me at ease the entire session). Each woman employed there knows their craft and is proud to showcase it, support them! Nood is destined for success.

Dianna was quick, efficient, and very down to earth. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. She explained everything she was doing and what ingredients were in the serum she used after my wax.
