Hazel greeted me with a warm smile putting me at ease straight away. Before she started my back wax she explained everything that she would be doing. The treatment room was spotless and I found Hazel to be very professional in her approach. Being the first time that I’ve had my back waxed and nerves, I had soon went and I was impressed with the experience.
