Juliana is a great specialist and an amazing person. I’ve been waxing with her for couple of years now and I am always happy with the results. Since I started waxing with her I almost never have any ingrown hairs or any other issues. She’s always precise and thorough, and the results are fantastic. Had a great experience today. The staff truly pays attention to client needs, she saw on my form that I suffer from arthritis and recommended switching to a Swedish massage instead of deep tissue, explaining why it would be gentler and more beneficial. I felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterwards. The room was a bit warm in the first half because of an issue with the AC remote, but overall, the service and treatment were fantastic. Thank you.
