De-knotting isn't the most comfortable experience I've had but, I felt the difference immediately and hope to return soon to keep on top of looking after myself; maybe explore other treatments here as there is a huge range.

These guys are seriously good at what they do. Every time we visit they are professional, punctual and deliver the very best quality services! The centre is very clean. The treatments are of excellent quality. The treatments are also exceptional value for money. Having tried multiple treatments from deep tissue massages to reflexology through to tarot card readings, we can honestly say these guys are the best! Today I had a pregnancy massage and it was just what I needed. I asked for medium to firm pressure as I get lots of knots in my back and neck and that's exactly what I got. It was relaxing but with the satisfaction of feeling the knots reducing. Thank you so much!
