I had my first waxing appointment in just over 4 years today, and I was honestly quite nervous after a previous bad experience where I was left burnt, with wax everywhere and hair still remaining. My experience with Magda completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking the time to talk me through each step of the process. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and offered breaks if I needed them. I’m so glad I gave waxing another try, this was such a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her!

Such a beautiful cut from Catalina. My hair is thick so I asked Catalina for lots of layers, body and bangs – and she absolutely delivered! Magda is AMAZING! My first time having intimate waxing and already planning my next appointment. She talked me through the process, was very gentle and patient and was so lovely. I was so relaxed during my leg wax (not my first ever, but first with Magda) that we joked about having a quick nap. Her studio is beautiful, peaceful and most importantly; spotless. I felt completely at ease through my entire visit and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Marlet is a super person and the Hot Stone massage is wonderful. Afterwards I have so much more movement and I swear I am taller as I stand up fully as I walk

Excellent service. Great hairdo. I am deaf and have middle ear implants, I cant hear anything without my processors and rely on lip reading. All staff made a real effort to face me when talking so I could read their lips. Also took great attention when working around the implant site, so they didnt hurt me. Well done to all.
