Henrietta was so kind, patient and caring throughout the entire appointment. After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

The treatment has been amazing, the best facial I’ve had so far. I have been to expensive salons before, however, I never left so pleased. I have very sensitive skin, dealing with eczema and psoriasis, my skin gets very easily triggered. Oksana’s products have been amazing though and also helped to clear my spots which are hormonal. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed as much as possible. It does hurt a lot especially it being my first time but the results are great.

I can’t recommend Oksana highly enough. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly manner. She is incredibly gentle and professional, which makes what could be an uncomfortable experience feel relaxed and stress-free.

Visits to Oksana studios are such a treat! Myself and my teenage daughters regularly come for the eye brows maxing following recommendation by my good friend Vahena 🥰. Oksana also had some great recommendations for my daughter's acné and skincare routine. Great value for money for super friendly service. Parking available outside and central location. Highly recommended!
