Throughout my Customized Facial Pam let me know which step she was at and which products she was using. She invited me to ask questions about the treatment throughout the process. I was even able to add on a peel to my service for a specific skin concern I was dealing with. Pam is great at making you feel at ease and was able to offer several product recommendations, with alternates for pricier items. Can't wait to go back!

Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

I stopped going for regular manicures/pedicures 3 years ago when forced to as a result of lockdowns. Then, before going on vacation last year, I decided to treat myself to a fancy, shmancy place. This year, I went to Urban Serenity Esthetics for the first time. Not only was it far more reasonably priced, my wonderful experience with Sheila has convinced me I need to 'treat' myself more often!
