I had a really lovely experience here. Roxana did my eyebrow sculpting and she was very gentle, careful, and professional. She made sure to keep the natural shape of my brows while cleaning them up nicely, which I really appreciated. She was also very kind and made the whole experience comfortable. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly as well, and the place itself was clean and pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Olivia is amazing at what she does! My skin, which is prone to break outs and dryness, always feels so soft and smooth when I leave. Liv’s work has single handedly changed the discolouration that I’ve experienced where hair grows, particularly on my underarms. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to provide a thorough service! The ambience in her room is also very relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had a full body wax with Olivia at The Comfort Room, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I get extremely nervous with waxing and have a very low pain tolerance, but Olivia was so calm, patient, and reassuring the entire time. She checked in with me constantly, and her technique was excellent — as comfortable and gentle as a full body wax can possibly be. I would absolutely recommend Olivia, especially if you're nervous like me. Coming from someone who worked in the same industry for over 10 years, I can confidently say she is genuinely amazing at what she does.
