Hailey was awesome! Great upper back massage, facial and head spa treatment! I initially made my appt with someone else, but that person wound up being on vacation. I was not notified prior to my appt and found out when I was laying on the table. Most people make an appt with a specific person for a reason and I was going by a trusted recommendation. I felt it was inconsiderate to not have been notified by the spa. Since it was only my second time here and I was already on the table, I agreed to go ahead with the appt. As it turns out, I was VERY happy with Hailey’s service.

Overall this was a nice and relaxing experience! I did the Velvet Signature which includes upper back massage, scalp care and facial massage. While I LOVED it, I was looking forward to the "scalp analysis"before the service but that didn't happen. Being that this is the "top" service I thought that would be part of the experience. I think this would have helped to target some of my areas of concern on my scalp; maybe I need to do the scalp therapy alone next time? Overall I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

Such a rejuvenating experience! Courtney was so incredibly thorough and attentive, and I also really appreciated her personalized advice on hair care and suggested natural products. Her Arurvedic treatment already made such a big difference with my hair feeling fuller, softer, and healthier. Truly the best head spa experience I've had (and I've been to a couple others). For my first time expectations were low. Man was I wrong. The atmosphere was amazing. Calming as soon as you walk in. Courtney was amazing. Fingers are magical. She was so nice even gave me some recommendations to keep my scalp healthy. Will definitely be coming back. I must try more services.

My husband and I went to Head Spa for a couples experience called Couples Serenity Experience. Each guest alternates sessions and enjoys a Ayurvedic Scalp Treatment, while the other receives a 30/60 minute back/shoulder massage along with a private sauna session. I booked this service for my husbands birthday and he loved it! What would have made this experience better is more privacy between the services. There were a few times when a person would poke their head into the room during my service. I think there needs to be a more effective form of communication between the providers.

I went for the Royal Serenity Scalp Treatment Package and it was great. Honestly, the best part was the back massage (which you start with) 10/10. She deep cleaned and masked my hair/head - it was so relaxed and clean when I left. Tips: +The room is nice and cool, so wear socks if you get cold feet like I do. +If you wear contacts, make sure to bring something so you can take them out during the treatment. +If you have any skin concerns or sensitivities, make sure you articulate them at the very beginning, once you start, you'll be so relaxed you might forget to bring them up!

This was my first time having a head spa experience and it was 10/10. Courtney was warm and made me feel super comfortable by explaining what she was doing. The ambience was pure bliss. I will definitely be coming back! It is also a great gift idea for friends :)
