I had the Classic hair bath and the full back neck and shoulder massage. It was fantastic! The massage and the scalp massage were very relaxing. I loved the product Courtney put on my scalp before the blow dry. I felt so refreshed! 10/10, I would definitely recommend.

Such a rejuvenating experience! Courtney was so incredibly thorough and attentive, and I also really appreciated her personalized advice on hair care and suggested natural products. Her Arurvedic treatment already made such a big difference with my hair feeling fuller, softer, and healthier. Truly the best head spa experience I've had (and I've been to a couple others). Overall this was a nice and relaxing experience! I did the Velvet Signature which includes upper back massage, scalp care and facial massage. While I LOVED it, I was looking forward to the "scalp analysis"before the service but that didn't happen. Being that this is the "top" service I thought that would be part of the experience. I think this would have helped to target some of my areas of concern on my scalp; maybe I need to do the scalp therapy alone next time? Overall I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

I got the full works - started with a 30 min neck, shoulder, back massage, 30 min facial, and 30 min head, scalp massage and wash + 10 min of basic blow dry... it was truly divine to start off the New Year. The only improvement is to be narrated with what was being applied to my face during the facial and what type of products were being used. Thank you Benny! You're the best!

My mom and I booked the 90 minute Velvet Signature package for 2 that included scalp care,facial ,and back massage. 10/10 💆🏽‍♀️🧖🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️💕 It was our first time here. It exceeded our expectations. The velvet package gives one everything you need to leave feeling like a queen! My mStaff were so kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Had the couples head spa/massage package. Both Courtney and Olga were great! Extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to Head Spa for a couples experience called Couples Serenity Experience. Each guest alternates sessions and enjoys a Ayurvedic Scalp Treatment, while the other receives a 30/60 minute back/shoulder massage along with a private sauna session. I booked this service for my husbands birthday and he loved it! What would have made this experience better is more privacy between the services. There were a few times when a person would poke their head into the room during my service. I think there needs to be a more effective form of communication between the providers.

I went for the Royal Serenity Scalp Treatment Package and it was great. Honestly, the best part was the back massage (which you start with) 10/10. She deep cleaned and masked my hair/head - it was so relaxed and clean when I left. Tips: +The room is nice and cool, so wear socks if you get cold feet like I do. +If you wear contacts, make sure to bring something so you can take them out during the treatment. +If you have any skin concerns or sensitivities, make sure you articulate them at the very beginning, once you start, you'll be so relaxed you might forget to bring them up!

Courtney was great! The atmosphere was so relaxing and she gave a wonderful head/neck/shoulder massage. She was very knowledgeable in scalp care and said she’d send me specific products that I could look up on my own. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Such an incredible experience. My fiancé and I went for the Couples Ayurvedic Shiro Lepa Experience and added a facial. Courtney was absolutely amazing. She’s definitely got the magic touch with her hands! And Olga’s full body massage was great! Very relaxing and therapeutic. If you’re looking to be pampered, this is the place!

I had an AMAZING experience here. Courtney is so good at what she does, she targets whatever issue it is you want addressed. She also recommends products according to our target issue as well. The atmosphere is very calming and I almost immediately fell asleep during my session. She gives amazing massages as well. Another thing I wanted to appreciate was the fact that Courtney was very understanding when I told her that I had a gift card that unfortunately expired a few weeks ago. She made no issues and was able to use it despite being expired, for which I am thankful! 10/10 recommend!
