Received a facial & back/shoulder massage voucher from my sister for my birthday. The back & shoulder massage was carried out by Sophia. It was fabulous! So relaxing, I could have led there all day and she sorted the knots out in my shoulder! Then to my facial, again a wonderful experience, my face felt so healthy and glowing after. Thanks Sophia! 🌟

It was a lovely experience. The treatment was nicely done and my therapist was charming and made the experience really relaxing. I really needed that today. I enjoyed the background music as well. The massage chair was truly effective just what I wanted.

Very relaxing. Libby extremely pleasant, listens to your needs/requirements. Nice vibe at the House of Soul. Massage room nice and quiet. The massage was excellent, floated out on completion. 😁. Very thorough. Not rushed at all. Definitely go back.

Treated my mum to a back, neck and shoulder massage with a facial too for her birthday, she absolutely loved it. The venue itself is so beautiful and rustic, the interior is very cosy and welcoming. Holly was lovely and my mum didn’t want it to end. The shop had some great gifts which we bought. Will definitely be returning and telling our friends and family about the Loft.
