This latest session focused on my shoulders and back, and it was exactly what I needed — firm, targeted, and deeply effective. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Kirstie and it was exactly what I needed. She was professional, attentive, and skilled at targeting the tension in my back and shoulders. Her pressure was firm but never uncomfortable, and she checked in often to ensure I was okay. I left feeling lighter and much of the deep muscle tightness was gone. The space was clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend Kirstie if you’re dealing with stress or chronic tension—she made a real difference.

First time meeting with Tracey, on 16th instant, behind having had increasingly heavily swollen ankles & legs over the past 2-3 years for which the NHS can only offer Furosemide (in increasing doses!!!). Both I and my husband found Tracey to be very professional & very thorough. After all the usual health checks, she carefully explained what she was about to do and why! Usually Tracey provides me with regular maintenance massage therapy, however recently I had a back pain incident for which I required a little more specialised care. Tracey safely released the painful areas and within three sessions, plus a little work on my part, I was able to get back to low level training at the gym. I felt very glad to have her on call when I needed and this is the fastest return to activity after such an incident that I've experienced.

Excellent. Suffered excruciating pain in left side above hips and around my double hernia leading down into the groin. Tracy managed to fit me in very early this morning. After extensive massage around the affected areas I was advised to go to our local hospital as Tracy advised something else was going on she could not identify. Perth found blood in my urine sample and the left sided hernia had badly swollen pushing my bowel outwards above the left hip. This evening the pain in my back & side has eased considerably thank to the massage but the groin pain is causing me problems.

Tracey is superb, I’ve had recurring back pain for years and she diagnosed it quickly and was able to sort me out. Much better than other osteopaths who need to see you over multiple appointments and no improvement! Will check in with her regularly for an MOT!

Excellent service. Tracey diagnosed my issues perfectly and got everything back into alignment. Not lower back as others had suggested but my pelvis. Got some exercises to re align my muscles over decades of misplacement so I expect I'll be back for an MOT. Highly recommend TM to anyone with any kind of pain or injuries.
