I have just completed a series of 3 massage sessions for scar therapy. During this time I have experienced a reduction in tightness of the muscles adjacent to the scar, a reduction in swelling of both the scar site and the surrounding tissue and an increase in abdominal comfort (as the scar is across the abdominal area). I believe this has allowed me to progress my rehabilitation exercises quicker than I expected and will help me return to my previous fitness levels safely and speedily.

I had my first of three planned scar therapy sessions at this appointment. In just 30 minutes I could feel a reduction in overall swelling of my scar tissue, plus a substantial lessening of the ridges of the scar area. I'll feedback again after the third session.

Usually Tracey provides me with regular maintenance massage therapy, however recently I had a back pain incident for which I required a little more specialised care. Tracey safely released the painful areas and within three sessions, plus a little work on my part, I was able to get back to low level training at the gym. I felt very glad to have her on call when I needed and this is the fastest return to activity after such an incident that I've experienced.

This was my 4th visit to Tracey since 16th June and there is no doubt that the Treatment is working with my legs being now noticeably thinner and feeling much lighter which is now helping my mobility quite considerably. The treatment is painless and really quite pleasant. A visit to Tracey is a very pleasant experience and I am particularly impressed by the fact that she is ever conscious of the cost as the plan moves forward and deciding on the next appointment date. First time meeting with Tracey, on 16th instant, behind having had increasingly heavily swollen ankles & legs over the past 2-3 years for which the NHS can only offer Furosemide (in increasing doses!!!). Both I and my husband found Tracey to be very professional & very thorough. After all the usual health checks, she carefully explained what she was about to do and why!
