I had an amazing Endymed treatment with Kelly at Remedi Medispa in Maidstone. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The atmosphere at the cabin was serene and inviting. The treatments themselves were absolutely amazing! The Japanese head spa melted away tension I didn't even realise I was holding, and the facial was incredibly soothing and effective. My skin feels wonderfully hydrated and has a noticeable, healthy glow. A special thank you to Megan, who made the entire experience truly exceptional. What a little gem of a place. Grace was so welcoming to her beautiful cabin. After a thorough walk through of what was going to happen and what products would suit my skin it was time for relaxation. I highly recommend the hot stone massage, any knots I had were soon worked away and I was feeling so relaxed. The mini facial was devine and my skin felt and looked so clear and refreshed. I will be recommending Grace and Glow to my family and friends and I will definitely be back

Megan is fab. She’s a true professional and explains each treatment step by step. She’s also very honest in guiding you to the best treatments for you rather than just saying ‘yes’ to a treatment you want but isn’t suitable for you. Megan is very personable. I love her cabin too. It’s so chilled and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I booked a block of sessions for the Emsella Chair to strengthen my pelvic floor. Kelly was very welcoming and super friendly, she explained the treatment and what to expect. After we talked through any contraindications Kelly started the chair. The feeling was like a light flicking and tapping sensation, no pain whatsoever. I felt very relaxed afterwards. I’m looking forward to the next treatment.

Grace gave an absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage. You can tell she really knows her stuff — the pressure and technique were spot on. Her cabin is also beautiful and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling so much better and would highly recommend her

I booked the total reset for two for my mum and myself for our birthdays and Mother’s Day treat. We were not disappointed, total me time and relaxation. Megan really went above and beyond to make sure we could switch off and relax. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure. Xx

I came for the facial with my 13-year-old daughter, who's suffering from bad acne. Amy was amazing, skin looking radiant and clean. The whole process was very enjoyable. Through the session, Amy provided lots of advice on how to care for skin and recommended a few supplement reconciliations. We loved it and will be coming back.

Absolutely fantastic massage. Grace was so attentive to my needs and from the moment I sat down, I felt comfortable and at ease. She identified my tension and worked hard at relieving it. Will definitely be going back.

I had a deep tissue massage with Grace yesterday, and it was brilliant. She really worked out all the tension, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The place was warm and cosy, and Grace made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'll definitely be back!

My first experience with Megan today and I will 100% be back for more. Megan was extremely professional and knew exactly what she was doing. I felt so relaxed after having the Indian head massage which I would definitely recommend such a unique beautiful experience.

What a wonderful spa package I had. I was bought the Mother’s Day package and what luxury it was. The massage was amazing. It totally relaxed me and got rid of those stress knots. The facial was superb. The products used smelt amazing and felt soo good. I loved the sauna blanket as it kept me lovely and warm during my facial. Grace has the hands of a magician. I loved the products she used so much that I treated myself to a few of them. I left there totally relaxed and glowing. I will 100% be going back.

Amy is truly amazing. She intuitively knows exactly what your skin needs. Beyond her incredible knowledge, there’s something special about the way she works. It’s in her touch, her care, and her presence. Her hands are pure magic!!
