What a little gem of a place. Grace was so welcoming to her beautiful cabin. After a thorough walk through of what was going to happen and what products would suit my skin it was time for relaxation. I highly recommend the hot stone massage, any knots I had were soon worked away and I was feeling so relaxed. The mini facial was devine and my skin felt and looked so clear and refreshed. I will be recommending Grace and Glow to my family and friends and I will definitely be back

Absolutely perfect treatment with Megan today. As a busy mum of 2, it’s so hard to switch off and relax but Megan was super welcoming and I even managed to nod off a couple of times by accident during the treatment because I was so so relaxed and comfortable 😳🙈😂. This was my first time booking here but I would definitely recommend and will be booking in again soon. Thank you so much!

This was my first experience of the head spa and it will not be my last. Megan was amazing she explained everything and was fantastic I will def be back and couldn’t recommend her enough

Sharon has magic hands! I had an amazing 45 minutes being treated to an exceptional head, neck, shoulder, back and face massage. Will most definitely be back and will be recommending all my friends. Can’t thank you enough.

I was gifted a voucher from friends to use at Phoenix Beauty which I used today towards a massage and facial. Both treatments were great and the pamper I was after, thank you Poppy! Staff were also really helpful with arranging the appointment, I had misplaced my voucher however staff very kindly looked this up for me on their system and honoured the voucher even though I was a month or so past the expiry which I really appreciated! I will definitely be back for further treatments, thanks again x

Another excellent eyebrow wax, this time with Elise. She was lovely, so friendly and took extra care as I have sensitive skin. Forgot to review last time I was in, was seen by Belle. What a lovely salon well equipped and lots of options for all your beauty needs. Had eyebrows waxed but have also had a massage and seen 4 of the team. Megan is an amazing, attentive practitioner and very thorough, I can’t recommend her enough. I felt very cared for and reassured and my Botox results have been absolutely amazing! Her cabin is also very relaxing and a great setting for treatments. I will most definitely be back!
