It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

The professionalism of all the staff are great and friendly staff. I work offshore oil and gas so I have a pedicure and deep tissue massage completed shortly after coming back home and a week before going back to work to make me relaxed and ready to go again. I can highly recommend Identify Broughty Ferry.

I had the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage with an Express Facial treatment which was brilliant. I felt so relaxed and Natalie was so friendly and kind. The massage was lovely, my back and shoulders feel much less tense now. The facial made my skin feel really hydrated & soft. Also, all of the products used smell so nice. Overall a great first experience!

Wonderful way to spend a Sunday starting with a Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. The Comfort Zone Signature facial was gorgeous. Ilyana is professional and has a lovely technique. Treated myself to a little mini skincare kit too. Have booked my next treatment which I look forward to.

I’ve been using Identity beauty Salon for a few years now and can highly recommend. You are welcomed as soon as you enter the door by any of the staff. I had a good pampering of a pedicure, hot stones massage and facial and Megan was highly professional in carrying out all of these treatments. Identity is by far the best beauty salon in broughty ferry so can highly recommend them. So treat yourself.

First time coming here. Don't live in the area but I will be back. Received a full body massage. All the staff I met were lovely and Natalie who did my massage was superb, sorry for snoring! Heated blanket was a lovely touch and the fact they start with your front then do your back was fantastic, I've never experienced it that way before. Thank you

I always use identity for all my treatments and before going back to work I like to get a deep tissue massage done to help me prepare for going back to work. So if you want to pamper yourself then this is the place to go. Joanne and her team are excellent and friendly.

Had my first wax today by Lesley. Lovely woman and made me comfortable from the start (despite initial nerves and anxiety). Was a quick and easy process with a good chat throughout. Will be back!
