Another amazing experience with Chelle as always.. I normally get the Lymphatic Drainage or the Swedish Back Massage or sometimes I will go for the Reflexology, head face and neck.. Today was the Swedish Back massage which was needed as I have been having a lot of back pain lately. After a 45 minute session I came out feeling relaxed, refreshed and feeling more energetic as always when I come from a session Chelle is absolutely amazing at what she does, I absolutely recommend her to anyone.. she’s one of the most kindest of girls you always feel relaxed around

I had the warmth and wellness treatment with Ashling and it was absolute bliss. She is a great girl and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. My neck and shoulders had been so stiff and sore and she really helped release alot of the tension that had built up. I left feeling so refreshed and slept soundly that night. Can't wait to get back again.

Can’t recommend Chelle enough! She’s been such a massive help to me through my recovery from surgery last year to my twin pregnancy this year with her amazing massages and advice ♥️. Chelle always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable while you’re there and amazing by the time you’re leaving! Would definitely recommend the pregnancy massage to any mums to be - can’t wait to get back in for some reflexology soon!

Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****
