The spa is beautiful and clean. The waxing was very quick, and Pantena is an amazing woman and made me very comfortable. The spray tan unfortunately did not develop, it was spotty and inconsistent and patchy.. after I received the waxing treatment. But I will be back for laser or any waxing treatments in the future.

I was a rookie at waxing “down there.” Franca was the absolute best! Answered any questions I had and made me laugh the whole time to forget about any pain or discomfort… to be honest it didn’t hurt as much as I thought and I’m sure it’s because Franca sure knows what she’s doing!! My daughter is 11 and decided that she wanted to get her armpits waxed. Of course I took her to my salon that is outstanding in all services that are offered. She had the best experience, especially after convincing herself that it would be awful. She is determined to go back when she needs more waxing done.

Haven’t had a deep cleansing facial in quite some time. This was amazing. Yanet took her time and explained what she would be doing step by step. The extractions were a bit painful but worth the results. Will definitely be coming back for another. Thank you for a comfortable experience.

Amazing as always - I've had at least one appointment with each of the ladies here and they are always so welcoming and professional. I've done face waxes, Brazilian waxes (always recommend the hard wax - never going back to strip wax after they introduced me to it), and laser here and every single appointment has been a pleasure! Would always recommend!

It had been over 2 months since my last brazilian and this service involved a training session, so I was fully expecting it to be very painful. It wasn't! It was quick and there was very little pain! Also, my skin usually looks red and sore afterward with other shops, but it looked much better after going to The Waxing Strip! On a separate note, my esthetician noticed a skin tag on my bum and was able to remove it (properly and pain-free)! I can't say enough great things about the service and the estheticians, Anna and Adriana! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough about The Waxing Strip (Lora & Anna). These two ladies are professional, gentle and thorough. I had terrible waxing experiences in the past and was a bit reluctant to try it again. However, after my FIRST appointment with Lora, my view on waxing definitely changed. She made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t in pain afterwards. I would recommend The Waxing Strip to new waxers, regular waxers and to those that might be nervous after a crummy wax.
