One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I carry a lot of tension in my back which leads to headaches. The therapist consulted with me and found the problem spots quickly and dealt with them at the pain level I was comfortable with. I felt an instant improvement in my posture, and range of motion in my neck was improved as well. Very professional, competent, and effective at what they do. Highly recommend.
