First time I tried last June and definitely I came back for how many times until now. First impression, salon was absolutely clean and love the ambiance Second staffs are friendly and professional they know how to handle and taking care of their customers Third services Yes I love my nails love the polygel transformation for my nails special thanks to Ate Edna and Macklyn for my pedicure and massage, Underarm wax was great & based on my experienced after waxing I didn't experienced the itchiness and redness in my underarm thanks to Macklyn lastly for my haircut, thanks for Rachelle loved it!

I'm someone who is at the bottom of the list for salon procedures. I've neglected my face for the longest time. Went in for DR. Renaud's facial..Bhumika was so gentle and patient and didn't even mind the tedious task one bit. In my experience salons are like therapy sesh with the only difference being negative feedback. But at ombre they make you feel comfortable, take care of you and are there for you. No unnecessary marketing and selling and unwarranted comments. Thanks for reinstituting my faith in good salons!

Had an amazing experience yesterday in salon.The ambience is amazing. The customer service is also really good. I have not been to any such beautiful and quiet salon around al quisais before.I can’t wait to go back soon. Specially thanks to Mendo who assisted me and did my Lashes truly went beyond and above Her work is a art <3 i never has lash extension this natural before! ❤️❤️

I went for the first time to the salon to have the lymphatic drainage. The whole experience was great, very relaxing and my legs felt super light very quickly. Would definitely go back!

Nail technician Megy (if I recall her name correctly) done very good pedicure. The ambiance and service in the salon very good. I like the hospitality as well. Very pleasant and like to return back for sure!

I love Ella salon! But today my gel manicure took almost 2 hours which felt far too long. I did ask that it be finished by 12.30 (had an afternoon appointment) but did t finish until almost 1pm. Can’t wait for Ryn to be back to do my nails ❤️

Just had my daughter's hair done...very neat cornrows, the lady was extremely patient with my 4 year old, and the price was a surprise! Very affordable I must say. The salon is super neat with a nice ambiance. Thank you very much, we are definitely coming back.

I must say that the services I had were 10/10. Dounia who took care of my hair services was just amazing ! From her smile to very detailed advices she gave me regarding my hair and the products that recommended to buy just made my day. The other two ladies who I’m sorry I forgot their names, pedicure and eyebrows I loved them too ! Definitely I’m coming back again!! Also their prices compared to other salons are very affordable too.

Me & my daughter just came for cut and blow dry - we love this salon for all treatments. Nazha did me the most amazing shampooing massage finished with a glossy bouncy blow dry and Samina did the most beautiful princess trim for my daughter

It was very nice service as they have the massage chair during the pedicure and manicure and the place neat and clean

Overall the experience was amazing, i do have one feedback, i wish if the chair had a headrest when styling my hair because bending my neck to the back was uncomfortable (i did curly Brae treatment)
