From start to finish the experience was out of this world. Saranya was super energetic, sweet and explained all the steps that she would do during my visit. I wish I lived in Sydney just so I could come here weekly. I highly recommend the coco wrap it's so relaxing you'll fall asleep, and the anti aging facial was such a joy, my face feels more relaxed and dare I say it a little bit more firmer. I truly hope next time I am here that I get Saranya again!!!!!

Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

FaceFirst is consistently excellent. I go there for tinting, electrolysis, waxing and facials. Susan, Sarah and Natalie are all highly-experienced beauty professionals. Very conveniently located on the mezzanine level of a building just metres down from North Sydney railway station entrance.

The best in the eyelash extension business. I had been seeing Winnie for years and after a long 4 year break from lashes and moving onto the other side of Sydney I recently decided I wanted to get back on my lash game and without hesitation, I booked in with Winnie. I drove 40 minutes to my appointment and as always the most stunning lashes. Highly recommend the team at Island Sea they are all so well trained and friendly.

Best welcoming salon, the ladies are very nice and understanding (I was very late for my apppintment). And their profesionalism is unbelievable! I get my eyelashes lifted for 10 years and in different countries. So far and mark my words here: anyone at Organic Salon does the job in the fastest (less than 1h) and no hurting way/very profesional and trained, also the treatment last for 8 weeks up! and absolulety worth your money. I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

The ladies at the Chatswood branch are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Eva is AMAZING, she goes out of her way to help. She is so knowledgeable, with one touch she can see what your skin needs. I originally went for micro needling treatment and I keep going back for other services. My skin looks so much brighter and youthful. I am wearing less makeup, which is a dream 😁
