I have been going to Louise for a wax for years because she is brilliant! We put the world to rights while she does a thorough and professional wax job. I've been visiting regularly for massages with Hannah (usually the pamper package) and always come out feeling very relaxed & stress-free. Hannah is lovely to talk to & tailors the experience to cater for any specific needs/requests. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Amazing! So worth a visit, the staff at Balm were really helpful, and Emma is a great therapist too. She was super helpful when I had an awkward pain in the rib owing to my pregnancy and she helped me to get comfortable in a supported position with cushions so I could still enjoy a massage. I haven't been that level of relaxed in a long time, it was just what I need. Highly recommend.

Heavenly! I had the most amazing signature massage and Gua Sha which was amazing, so relaxing. I personally love love loved the facial massage and neck and head wow. Then a foot massage which was so needed as I think my new shoes were not broken in yet and hurt my feet. I will be coming back soon! Thanks Claire :)
