Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... I AM GOING BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER ... I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10.

Enjoyed the private spa experience thoroughly. Everything was clean and we were well taken care of. Would be nice to include a cold room or something so you can cool down before re-entering the steam room etc. Also would be nice to have instructions on the shower controls as the water was scolding hot.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to give AuraOrganics Spa (HW) 5 stars! The receptionist was flexible with me running a few minutes late (I’m so appreciative, it’s my birthday). The private day package offered everything it promised and I took some really nice pictures. The hot tub 10/10. My masseuse was 10/10, she was lovely and got right in there with the knots on my back. 45 minutes was definitely needed. I can’t even highlight the best part because this was the best birthday experience. Overall the staff were friendly and I will be coming back very soon!!

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday and we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly, and we felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend it to others. 10/10, we will be back!

Rebecca was absolutely lovely, attentive and skilful with my gel Manicure! I showed her an inspo pic and she delivered! She took extra care with my cuticles and polishing my nails and made me feel very comfortable. I love how my nails look and will definitely be coming back!

Indie was very understanding and flexible of my needs. I had a Ayurvedic head massage. The treatment was very relaxing, from the oils and music to the head/neck/shoulder massage itself, with attention paid to particular tense points in the neck and shoulders. Will definitely try more treatments.

I had a wonderful experience with my partner at this spa. Staff are friendly, the jacuzzi was my favourite. Nicely decorated with rose petals and balloons. The massage was amazing and my partner loved the Indian head massage. I would definitely recommend and we will be back!!!

It was gorgeous… I had an amazing facial. The therapist was lovely - very professional, friendly, attentive and highly skilled. It’s a lovely salon using devine products. I loved the massage element of the facial too. It was all prefect and so reasonably priced.

The couples massage was amazing. Truly recommend! We were able to have different massages, I had aroma therapy and my man had deep tissue. Both incredible. We also booked the private spa afterwards which was exactly as the pictures. All fantastic but only downside was that the airflow in the room was really poor, after being in there for 30 mins it was hard to breathe due to the heat & steam. Only way to get air in was to open the door, but then it's direct visibility from the reception desk which didn't feel great.
