Incredible experience! Attention to detail and service was exceptional overall. I got the 45 min spa + 45 min Swedish massage, and would recommend it to everyone! You have the spa area all to yourself, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and shower. Lots of attention to detail to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The massage itself was also excellent and very professional. Although it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and left as a happy customer.

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... I AM GOING BACK WITH MY DAUGHTER ... I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10.

Kristina is absolutely fantastic. Very experienced and highly skilled. I had a massage with her before and I came back for a facial this time. She took her time to do a consultation with me before the treatment which made me super conformable and relaxed. Her hands are so soft, smooth and gentle which I loved. Couldn’t have asked for more. Indie was very understanding and flexible of my needs. I had a Ayurvedic head massage. The treatment was very relaxing, from the oils and music to the head/neck/shoulder massage itself, with attention paid to particular tense points in the neck and shoulders. Will definitely try more treatments.

My daughter had the massage and said her legs and feet felt wonderful afterwards. Just a little disappointed that she only got 30 minutes and not 45 minutes as promised.

The new space is beautiful, simple and tranquil and peaceful environment conducive to receive a massage in. The arm chairs are super comfortable for the pre massage chat and Despina asked what areas I wanted to work on, as well as gave me space to talk about what was going on for me emotionally. Relevant to body work as they are connected. I felt held and supported and able to let go of my mind and worries. The massage was firm but gentle and supportive and worked on the areas I needed.
